Sport and exercise have been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember.
From playing semi and professional football, to years of experience working in the fitness industry as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Adding to this my ventures into tai chi, yoga and natural movement.
This has all helped me develop a holistic and functional approach to fitness and movement. I run Holistic Movement workshops at Creative nature HQ and also help on the farm an with wood carving.
