Creative Nature is a small, not-for-profit organisation, and everything we do, from woodturning workshops in the woods to soul-soothing community events, is made possible by people like you. By becoming a member you’re not just supporting our work, you’re becoming part of it. You’re helping us keep the tools sharp, the kettle warm, and the magic flowing in both The Clearing and Creative Nature HQ.

* All participants must adhere to our safety policies. Facilitators have the right to remove
anyone who is not following correct safety procedures
* Personal items and crafts are your personal responsibility and are brought into our sites at your own risk
* Membership access to workshops is for 1 person plus an unlimited number of Under 12’s per session


Membership costs contribute towards:

  • Insurance for sites

  • Induction for machinery at HQ 

  • Maintenance of machinery and consumables









    We have an ambitious vision for the Creative Nature project and we would love for you to be a part of it.
    From plans for hedge laying and coppicing - developing hazel coppice this winter, and reinvigorating coppice chestnut through harvesting more sweet chestnut. Forming specialist interest groups - for the dye garden; willow weaving; coppicing and hedgelaying; living woodland sculptures, fences and arches; wild clay and firing. Creating seasonal celebrations to mark the changing seasons, such as woodland festivals and wassailing. The options are limitless but we need collective contributions and a
    diversity of skills and passions to make it happen.

    Membership provides you with access to a strong sense of community, connection to traditional crafts, and a space to unwind, breathe and build together. We welcome everyone to join us, no matter your experience.
