Join us at the Forest Club every Thursday from 10am - 2pm at The Clearing, Lesnes Abbey Woods, Belvedere, SE2 0AX.

The Forest Club is a way to be in the woodland throughout the year and learn skills to support woodland management and biodiversity. Learn rural crafts, work together for the benefit of nature and enjoy the simple pleasure of working outside together. Feel the joy of sharing a hot drink from the kettle on an open fire - simple pleasures.

If you take part, you will become familiar with sawing, cutting and splitting wood, using knives and axes and mastering the use of shave horses, spoon mules and pole lathes. Support the natural dye garden, learn to weave, cast metal, make furniture, the possibilities are endless, but we need the gift of your time.
