This is an opportunity to explore the healing and supportive qualities of nature.

This is a full day’s session for people looking for a restorative experience that is full of joy, laughter and a creative connection to nature.

We will explore ourselves in connection with this natural setting, guided through the day, using meditation in its many forms, from mindful making to forest bathing.

We will make temporary expressions of creativity using natural materials we find on our journey around the landscape.

The heart of the experience is the fire, where we open and close the session.

We will be based within a ten acre piece of land, part of the ancient woodland of Oxleas Wood. It is run by ADO Services, a community interest company that uses animal husbandry and outdoor teaching to support children with special educational needs during the week.

This is a very special space in an unusual location that has been transformed over the past seven years, with love and dedication. We are fortunate to be able to share this magical space with you at the weekend.

The session runs from 10am till 4pm.

This session runs throughout the year and is held outdoors. Warm comfortable weather-proof clothing is essential. Please bring a packed lunch and a flask. There are composting toilets on site, as well as fresh drinking water.
